Dr. Tamer Seckin on surgical management of endometriosis involving the urinary system with an anterior cul-de-sac endometrioma
AAGL would like to thank Dr. Tamer Seckin for presenting an excellent surgical demonstration on SurgeryU HD on Friday, August 29, 2014, at 9 am PT / 12 noon ET.
The audience had the opportunity to see the removal of a transmural bladder mass, suturing techniques for bladder wall repair, and excision of endometriosis from the posterior cul-de-sac and pelvic sidewalls.
Dr. Seckin used a series of novel surgical excision techniques. These included retro-peritoneal hydro distention using methylene blue water contrast and single puncture ovarian suspension techniques.
