The endometriosis was taking over my life

Since I was 19-years-old, I have been suffering from abdominal pain, unbearable menstrual cycles and leg pain. I have also had countless numbers of hospital visits. I was diagnosed with endometriosis years ago and have had to endure laparoscopic surgery about every three years. This past year, my gyn doctor in NJ recommended for me to have a consultation with Dr. Seckin. The endometriosis was taking over my life; I was sick and in pain all the time, something had to give.

In May, I went to see Dr. Seckin. That day had to be one of the most nerve wracking days of my life. Having to go into NYC, and not knowing what was going to be said. Dr. Seckin took his time and explained everything to me, step by step. He worked with my doctor in NJ to develop the right plan suited for me. I was sent for an MRI, when I went back to Dr. Seckin, he explained the results of the MRI. We had a plan in place, and the surgery was scheduled.

In August, I went in for my surgery. During the surgery they found that my endometriosis had spread to my nerves, which explained why I was having so much leg pain. Dr. Seckin removed the endometriosis from my nerves and all the other numerous places it had spread. Since the surgery, the pain that I had endured for years has been extremely diminished. I am so blessed and happy that my doctor here in NJ recommended Dr. Seckin, it gave me a new hope and extreme relief.

I would strongly recommend Dr. Seckin for anyone who is suffering from endometriosis. Between Dr. Seckin and his office staff, they make the fight against endometriosis bearable.
