She is the daughter of the late Steve Irwin, best known for his highly acclaimed television series The Crocodile Hunter.
A new 2 year surgical fellowship has opened in partnership with the Endometriosis Foundation of America. The program is intended for graduates of surgical residencies with a strong interest in women's health and advanced endometriosis. Its primary goals are to increase the number of trained physicians knowledgeable about the full spectrum of disease, promote research and provide an avenue for physician-led advocacy.
